The flowers arrived with multiple roses brown and the only peony was brown. One of the stalks looked like it was dying/dead. The receiver did contact customer support and a fresh arrangement was delivered the same day, but for what this cost, I would have expected better the first time.

Although still very beautiful the picture on the website looks like it has quite a few more flowers. The one you sent does not look as full. Also missing the variegated green leaves which added a bit of white. Still very pretty but not as big or full. I compared the photos side by side. Thank you.

I dont understand. The photo example of what we ordered had significantly more roses (which it should for the cost). Spray roses were used in example for the pink. You substituted a much less expensive flower (vs roses) in the actual arrangement.

I've learned a lesson and I won't do this again. The quality of the arrangement wasn't quite the qualityat the $200 mark and I asked for color not white so to answer the five stars I would have to get it a three because it did get there and it did serve a purpose. It was a very dear friend that passed away.

The arrangement was beautiful and well done. However, the roses did not appear to be fresh. Most of them had brown spots on the petals but thankfully not visible from a distance.

To be honest a bit disappointed. I know some of the flowers have totally opened but if you look at the picture on the website of the deluxe floral and this it doesn't quite match up.
