I know it said there could be flowers that weren't in stock but it was called Lavender and I so I assumed there would be more lavender or it wouldn't have the name Lavender. I felt like it was thrown together but I'm also very picky with flowers. Thank you for getting them to my sister on time. It was a very sentimental reason so that also makes me a bit more picky!

Thank you for providing a picture. Flower arrangement is nice but not as nice as the one on the selling picture, this one is more bare. Feel like it could have been filled with more white carnations or white roses

Why would you stack two sunflowers directly on top of each other?? That makes it look like an amateur arrangement vs. a professional one. Appreciate the photo.

The succulent looks like it has some brown / dead leaf under it. As much as you charged for it. The succulent should be healthy.

The plant I ordered was a Large Peach Lilly. Even though this plant looks small , it's still nice. I thought the red and white ribbon would be more prominent.

2nd arrangement was remade thought it sounded like it was an inconvenience, nonetheless this is what I originally requested. It's important to have the order takers listen and if someone is asking for vibrant and colorful, they are delivering to that expectation. Flowers were not cheap whatsoever, so it's important you guys are getting it right the first time

When we spoke regarding your order, we understood that you wanted a colorful and vibrant design, but there were some details that were unclear, and we discussed that the budget selected may not support the type of large, luxurious arrangement you were describing. We always do our best to create the fullest and most beautiful design possible within the price point provided.
After creating the first arrangement, our goal was to make sure we got it right, which is why we reached out and sent photos so we could better understand what you liked and what needed to be adjusted. Once we had clearer direction, we remade the arrangement to better reflect your vision. We also put additional flowers and value into the redesign, resulting in an arrangement that exceeded the original budget significantly because customer satisfaction was important to us.
We appreciate your feedback because it helps us continue improving communication and ensuring expectations are aligned from the beginning.

The basket is not anything like the picture. Was told it would be comparable. This arrangement was $170. I feel like the basket could have been nicer. A little disappointed.

The flowers had some areas that looked like they were wilting, but they looked better after putting them in water. The birthday card that was added didn't have anything in it, instead they printed our message on a separate card.

Delivery was on time and everything went well. Thank you for the photo & communication. The arrangement is lacking in flowers. The bouquet cost over $100 for 3 sunflowers, 2 carnations, 1 hydrangea & some stock.

Doesn't seem to have as many Gerber daisies as seen on your website. The yellow spider mums are not a complimentary color. Not up to your usual standard.

Hello Claudia, This is an all around arrangement. There are more gerbera daisies than shown on the backside of the design. The spider mums are green as shown on the website photo. We are happy to send another pic for your review.
