Not happy with arrangement done out of just 3 colors and the extra tall vase. The Thanks a Million photo had more colors and rounder vase.

I'm not impressed with this arrangement at all. The flowers don't go together. It's just a poor presentation. I ordered flowers several times a year. I've never ordered them in Fort Worth and I will not be using your services in the future.

I was unsatisfied with the arrangement. It was similar to the picture but was not arranged as shown with open yellow lilies. For $69.99 it should have been much better.. i am a florist and would have never sent this out as is. I ordered for a customer and she was very disappionted!

These flowers are absolutely GORGEOUS! Sent to my friend for her birthday and she's is absolutely in love with them. We had a mishap with the first flowers sent but GB reached out immediately and replaced the flowers. I could not be happier and neither could my friend. We love them. Definitely recommend this shop for their gorgeous arrangements and their absolutely amazing customer service! So many people lack good customer service these days, but GB most definitely came through. Must be the reason that are still going strong after all these years. I love the system where they send me a photo of the flowers that I'm sending out. That is so convenient and such a cool thing. I've never gotten that with other flower shops. I usually send flowers and hope for the best. Way to go Gordon Boswell.

The flowers were beautiful the day they arrived but by the next day, the smaller yellow (with dark pink tips) roses were wilted and drooped over and dying. Two of the tall purple stem had dead wilted flowers also. The carnations and the three orange roses are the only thing that lasted past the second day. For the money, I expected the arrangement to last at least until Friday after they were delivered on Monday. Just not happy with the quality of the flowers and probably won't purchase from this company again.

I was told there would be orchids in it. I do not see any. I'm disappointed in that..

I ordered all pale colors and this has some bright colors and the vase is bright blue.
