Thank you for your flexibility in changing the arrangement. When you called to discuss my offer the person very nicely offered to pull the order off the delivery truck and make changes that I asked for. Looks lovely now and and I appreciate your good service.

Underwhelming. But for a small to mid size arrangement that's what you get. I would not have picked blue roses or a clear vase. But I did phone it in. Wish it had been a little fuller. I did ask for few or no carnations. At least there is that. Disappointed
