I'm thoroughly impressed by the service of Gordon Boswell… Made an inquiry via the website, asking about bouquet availability, and the response was almost immediate. Following, I placed an online order, a process which was straightforward/simple. Finally, I received a link which captured a picture of the bouquet. This, I thought, was a fabulous touch, particularly given that when sending flowers previously, I'm often left to wonder about the appearance of the arrangement (in this case, it was lovely). Completely delighted!

Always beautiful flowers and I appreciate the photo, even though I do get plenty from my friend! It gives me great peace of mind that I can send reliable, beautiful flowers to someone I love thousands of miles away. This is at least my fourth time ordering and I've no reason to try anyone else. They were ordered for an event on Sunday, February 15. The flowers wilted on Monday, Feb. 16, according to a family member. I had a separate order which was to be delivered to family of Jack Rattikin on Wednesday, Feb. 18. I have received no information or picture.

I love the arrangement, very nicely done. I appreciate getting a picture of my order as well, it's helpful to be able to see what the receiver is getting, especially if you are not in the same area.
