Flowers, as always we're absolutely perfect! Getting a boot before the arrangement goes out for delivery works well. I changed the delivery location almost last minute and the change was handled seamlessly.

Arrangement wasn't as good as I've experienced with Gordon Boswell. I'm the picture, the 9 stems surrounding the arrangement are way too long giving it a very strange and imbalanced effect. Had they been shortened and left straight would've made a big difference.

Jonathan was the best. This was a sad situation for my team to deal with but he made making sure the family got the best arrangement and did so in a very timely manner. Way to go!!
