It's beautiful but I ordered the deluxe arrangement and this one looks much more like the less expensive standard arrangement.

Overall, flower arrangement was pretty; however, upon receiving the flowers, I immediately notice some of the little lavender flowers looked spent, sparse and not too good. I tried to submit picture, but was not able.

I just saw it in person, it is beautiful but for the amount of money it was VERY SPARSE and was in an ugly plastic container. I called this morning at 8:17 to change delivery address. And it was still delivered at the wrong address.

The flowers were very beautiful. However, my daughter told me that the lady who delivered them called her and was extremely rude because no one was home when she arrived. Not good customer service.

Love getting photo. This is disappointing. The arrangement is not dense with flowers. I don't expect it be identical but there is a min of 30% fewer blooms. The arrangement is not well balanced and the pink flowers appear to be wilted.

Needs more centerpiece flowers 🌸 🌺🌷and less filler please

I would expect a few more flowers. The flowers are used were very pretty.

The flowers delivered NEVER look as full as the photo. You pay for what is advertised and get half or less in the actual arrangement. The flowers are pretty just not completely satisfied with the variation from the website to what was actually delivered and this is each time I have ordered.

I appreciate your photo -- otherwise I would not have known that the order was wrong (misinterpreted to the designer was what I was told). Even after my phone call at 8:55 this morning to correct (spoke with a very nice person), the wrong plant was delivered, and I was not contacted. I had to call again to find that out. I am still disappointed in what was sent .... as there was nothing creative or even pretty about the container/bow (very standard stuff from the 1980's!) --- after all, this was going to one of the executives at an ART MUSEUM......and I was hoping it would be a little more 'showy' as many people will be seeing it.......it looks like an everyday bow was slapped on a Walmart basket w/o the colors even coordinating with the plant, or with each other. Then, when I said she already had the 2 plants that were suggested to go with the croton, in the 2nd picture sent, there was no offer to substitute, and adjust the price from the garden basket. I'm just disappointed in the final product. The ladies I spoke with were very pleasant, but I felt as if there were no other options or time left at the moment to deal with this. And, delivery was promised today, so I thank you for that.

They're much darker flowers than on your website.

The flowers were okay but a few already looked like they were dying which was kinda a bummer

Honestly I was disappointed in the amount of flowers. My first reaction was that it was skimpy on the amount of flowers. Way less than the picture online. Shape was beautiful, white flowers terribly sparse and limited compared to photo online.

The Customer Service was very good! I wasn't completely pleased with the end product. I didn't like the basket compared to the one on your website. While I did like the plants in the basket, it looks like the person rushed to put it together and just threw the cross on there. This was sent to my friend who lost her mother. It wasn't worth what it cost me.

The picture from which I ordered was more full of bright colors which is why I chose it.

Flowers are beautiful. Ordering on line is not very user friendly, speaking with associate at store is worse, she caused a great deal of confusion.

Nice variety of flowers and colors, but it looks like someone sat on top of it. I asked for something showy like Nature's Best or Spring Delight...Thank you for the photo.

Honestly— well done but not as fun and funky as the gerb daisies and roses. Which is why I choose that possibility. The recipient has way more personality. Thanks for asking for my feedback. I send all of this with an air of kindness and honesty. And I am aware that my order said I might not get what was in the picture. I get it.

Pretty but too much white together and too many carnation were used instead of roses. I ordered the high end of the arrangement so I was expecting more roses. Ok

This doesn't look like the picture. This is for a new baby and it's pretty but the colors seem pretty different to me.

Sales Picture showed fern leaves and got palm leaves instead. Also missing fancy notch cut leaf depicted in picture. One center visible lily was missing a petal and other petal on same flower was creased. Another lily at the bottom was also damaged.
