Disappointed that the flower arrangement says “Celebrate” instead of “Happy Birthday”. The site advertises that the arrangement will say “Happy Birthday”. When I ordered I made sure to not click the button that allows for substitutions, but this was substituted and I wasn't given a call.

I asked that the flowers be placed on the porch if we were not home. The delivery driver didn't do this but took the flowers back to the store to redeliver in the morning.

Where are the orange lillies like in the photo online? And the one online looks bigger and fuller— I paid a lot of money for this. Am a bit disappointed.

There is no day Lillys. Needs orange, pink, and more different bright colors like I ask for.

Beautiful arrangement! The process was made so easy, even when ordering from out of state! I really appreciated getting updates throughout the day!

It's pretty but I thought it might be fuller/larger/grander for paying $130. But maybe it's just the angle? The lovely woman I spoke to on the phone even mentioned that with the square vases and paying for the largest size arrangement, that you'd really be able to get a lot of flowers in there. Pictures on the website in similar vases show a whole lot more flowers that what's pictured here. Maybe this is for someone else? I do love this service of seeing it however.

This is better. Please take out the yellow carnation and replace with pink or tangerine rose. Remove the yellow happy birthday stick. It is not needed. Thank you for efforts.

Pretty arrangement. I think a little pricey for the flower arrangement.

Disappointed. Sunflowers are in season. WHY did you substitute cheap looking mums? ? The height is substantially diminished. I did not get what I paid for!

I love being able to see the arrangement! Great idea! Feedback I have is that the arrangement on the website is much bigger and fuller than the pic you sent me. Flowers do look beautiful and fresh!

Where is the color it doesn't look anything like the one I ordered I know I agreed to substitute it but I wish it would have looked closer to what I picked thank you

Thank you for sending the photo. I was prepared for what was sent The arrangement was “ok”. Nothing special. Just Lillies and lots of filler I expected more for $80 (actually $100 plus). I've used Gordon Boswell for many years. However I most likely would use another florist next time
