Doesn't have as many roses as the arrangement I ordered and I wasn't notified there would be a change.

Though beautiful, the flowers had more imperfections than I expected. Delivery gentleman was very nice.

The flower arrangement is beautiful & I did see it at the service I attended. Unfortunately, I'm unable to give a better rating than a 3 because the first picture I received showed the wrong arrangement had been made. I was very confused how this could have happened because when I called to place the order, I provided the specific SKU # I had seen on the website. I was hurriedly trying to get ready for the service when I received the first picture showing the wrong arrangement had been made. I had to call to get it rectified which was an unnecessary & stressful situation. Fortunately, it was corrected, before the wrong arrangement was sent. I'm thankful for that. I do think sending a picture of the arrangement before the occasion is a very good idea. It enables the person purchasing the flowers to see what they look like, & in this situation it prevented the wrong one from being been sent.

I thought the flowers I ordered were prettier than what was sent. I do like getting the photo.

Happy with the timely delivery and good customer service by Jonathan over the phone. Also having the picture sent was appreciated. Not happy with the size of this arrangement for the price. The picture shows it on a stand, but in person it had very few flowers for the cost and the overall size was so small (no stand) and was rather lost among the other flowers at the memorial.

Thank you for the photo! The arrangement looks so fresh, green and white as I selected. It seems like there could have been a few additional white roses, but maybe there were several on the other side of the arrangement. A simple ribbon tied around the vase would have been a polished touch. Gordon Boswell's is the most respected florist in Fort Worth and I was glad to do business with you.

Not like the picture I ordered. Plus I asked for pink flowers on the top and I see purple. Greenery at the base is different. I am a floral designer and it's been my experience you try to make the order as close as possible.

Was supposed to be daisies and lilies. Happy color. Doesn't seem like much for $90 plus dollars. Not pleased!!

Thank you for removing what looked like pink flowers for my brother, only wished and asked for on the phone for TCU purple arrangement as my brother was a huge TCU fan. It isn't what I really desired for him but it will have to I hope the size won't disappoint as well Spent a lot of money to upscale Thank you

I ordered “Pleased as Punch”. While these are beautiful they are about a third the size of the picture I ordered from. Disappointing! For $100 I believe this bouquet should be more like the one pictured on the website.

It's a beautiful arrangement, but I asked multiple times that there be no roses in it. That's the reason the star rating is so low. The person I got these for doesn't like roses.
