Disappointed. Sunflowers are in season. WHY did you substitute cheap looking mums? ? The height is substantially diminished. I did not get what I paid for!

I love being able to see the arrangement! Great idea! Feedback I have is that the arrangement on the website is much bigger and fuller than the pic you sent me. Flowers do look beautiful and fresh!

Where is the color it doesn't look anything like the one I ordered I know I agreed to substitute it but I wish it would have looked closer to what I picked thank you

Thank you for sending the photo. I was prepared for what was sent The arrangement was “ok”. Nothing special. Just Lillies and lots of filler I expected more for $80 (actually $100 plus). I've used Gordon Boswell for many years. However I most likely would use another florist next time

The representative that helped me, Virginia, was very kind and helpful. I explained that the recipient of the arrangement was having surgery and should be home by around 2 pm, so I asked that it be delivered at 3 pm if possible. She told me they couldn't do a specific time, but they could do a window starting at 2 pm and I agreed that that would work. The following day I found out that the flowers were not delivered to the address I asked, nor in the time frame Virginia and I had discussed. I called and was told they were delivered to a neighbor at 12 pm and all I got was what felt like a half-hearted apology and told to have the recipient (who again, just had surgery) check with the neighbor. Long story short, I was impressed by the customer service on the front door end but pretty disappointed by the end. Don't think I'll use them again.

I am very disappointed with what I see. I am NOT seeing seven yellow roses as specifically asked for and needed. I don't see the SEVEN red roses. Not happy and very disappointed

I ordered the “I dream of pink”, this appears to be more orange/peach. Also does not appear as full as the picture on your website, I did upgrade to the premium as well.

They said there could be some changes due to high demand but the arrangement I picked had much more pink in it than this. This is basically all white. Disappointing
