Flowers not fresh looking!

Yes the plant was very nice. The family was very appreciative.

Thought it would be on a stand. And I asked for star Lilly's. I do like seeing it. Thank you. Have the star Lilly's not bloomed ?

It's not that these aren't pretty, but they are not nearly as full as what the online option showed. I used Gordon Boswell because of your longstanding reputation in FW. I'm honestly not one to complain but I am disappointed with what was delivered.

Why are they so droopy? Definitely do not look like the picture.

They are beautiful, but I requested something colorful, and cheerful. This arrangement made me think of a wedding or a funeral arrangement. Nothing at all what I expected.

Don't care for the vase….Not what I ordered. But will use you again.

Is this the way it will be presented? The bouquet is too tight. Needs more greenery! Is this a spring bouquet? We have purchased a couple others recently in the same price range and they were more attractive than this. Thanks for the photo!

I spoke with two people at Gordon Boswell and everyone was super nice and helpful, however, when I ordered a plant for an 81 year old man and said for you guys to choose, I never would have thought it would be sent in a pepto bismol pink colored basket. I was shocked when I went to the visitation, as that pink basket stood out like a sore thumb. Cant imagine why would anyone choose pink basket for a 81 year old man? The flower and the plant was beautiful and I did not mind the pink flowers at all, but why would it not be in a brown basket? The saving grace was that I have known the daughter since we were in sixth grade and so we could laugh about it but Iit was embarrassing.

My sister said she liked them. From the picture, & TY for photo, it didn't look like a 65.00 arrangement. Perhaps the picture didn't capture it. I appreciate your working with me to get it out to sister at St Francis on Monday. Thank you very much.

I think for a few more roses would have been nice and looked more like the online photo 🥴

Would have liked to have seen some pink flowers and something different than mums and roses.

It's nice but the photo online showed several lillies already blooming. That's why I chose this one versus the cheaper one. I wanted some blooms already for the funeral...at least a couple. Not exactly what I was expecting.

Overall nice arrangement. Delivered on time. Fresh flowers that were placed in the basket in an attractive manner. It was however, missing the "Happy Birthday" plastic identification as shown in the website photos. This made the presentation for the event less than what I hoped for or expected from the flower shop.

Like the arrangement. Dislike the vase; not consistent with web sample (white pottery v. clear glass).

I wish the arrangement had more dark pink like the arrangement on website. Carnations and daisies are inexpensive flowers. Does not look like arrangement on website. Needs some smaller flowers darker colors.

Thanks for the picture. Sending a picture is a great idea. The arrangement is rather underwhelming and the flowers don't look very fresh. Hopefully it's better in person. Thanks.
