The arrangement was lovely and captured exactly what I was looking for to honor a special loved one. They were delivered timely as planned. I wish I could have seen the lillies open up before the service, but otherwise the arrangement was beautiful🙏

The picture shows that the arrangement is on a floor stand . I don't see it. Everything else is good.

Thank you for being so good and reliable! The image you sent isn't exactly the same as the one my friend received — it's very similar, but the colors were a bit different. So I don't think this image represents my actual flower arrangement. The arrangement itself is beautiful, though! I really like the idea of including the text just make sure the pic is accurate. Thank you for all you do!

Looks good. Would like more flowers and less greenery. Online pics show more in the arrangement, and i'm not looking at the premium option.

I think k the flowers look amazing. I would have loved a bit more help from the staff on picking flowers and guidance to the website for ideas. Being a business owner myself, I guided myself to the website and started making selections. Other than that, it was a great experience. I would focus on sales reps guiding customers through the process and not being afraid to make suggestions especially when it involves a loss of life. Sometimes we just want to be guided so we can focus on healing.

Gordon Boswell Florist quickly responded by replacing the pink flowers with red ones after learning that the recipient did not like pink. The florist displayed excellent customer service.
