I thought that the blooms and bumblebees (with gnome) came with the bumblebees as well as the gnome (as depicted in the picture on the website) however the picture of my bouquet doesn't have any bumblebees. Overall good quality bouquet though.

I believe my order was supposed to include a”Celebrate” sign instead of “happy birthday.” it is a congratulations bouquet for the parents of a new baby

The floral shop offered same day delivery, a lot of options, and my sister received the arrangement that evening. Was a little different than pictured due to flower availability and was as full as pictured when I ordered online but still was pretty.

My sister likes the arrangement very much so I am happy. But, honestly if you are going to send a photo, you really need to use a backdrop that doesn't look dark and dingy. I was disappointed when I saw your photo and thought how much I spent on the arrangement. That table should NOT be used and please give better lighting. It is a disservice to your work. Again, she's happy so I am as well. The photo she sent of the arrangement beats yours totally. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
