Apparently the arrangement was disturbed during transport and recipient had to put it back together. Was told flowers were beautiful

The flowers were very beautiful and exactly the quality we expected. We loved getting the picture and also got pictures from relatives who stated they were gorgeous. Also, John provided excellent customer service.

Very nice & such fresh flowers. Staff was extremely caring & helpful in trying to find desired flowers (iris') at the last minute altho' we weren't successful. But what we decided on turned out really pretty. As a family, we're were pleased. Thank you
