This does not look anything like I wanted or expected honestly. I ordered designer deluxe. I thought that was going to be a beautiful bouquet. I should have been more clear or just ordered to see you smile

After using several different Florists in Ft. Worth, this has been my best experience. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. Very good communication. Cate is out of town, but I'm her grandmother and I want you to know she was thrilled with the arrangement that came on the happy face vase. It was a first time event for her and she was delighted with this beautiful bouquet. I was just as thrilled with the lady who went to so much trouble the deliver those flowers. I didn't even think to give her a tip after everything she had done. When I thought of it Ibrushed out of the house waving and calling, but she was pulling away and I missed her.
