I came into the store ordered an arrangement for my brother-in-laws funeral. They were going to add more white and lighter Fall colors as to what was available. They said since I needed it for Monday, that they get their flowers in then and it wouldn't be a problem. They didn't send a picture until it had already been delivered. I explained they could rework it for me and they would send me a picture for my approval. There were three red roses right in the front of the arrangement before they reworked it. They agreed it didn't work well with the other flowers. They were nice to rework it and it did look a lot better and I approved it. It wasn't until I viewed it in person, I was not happy at all for what I paid. They shape was not good and some of the flowers that should not have look like they were wilting were. The roses looked old. Even though Boswell folks were willing to fix it, they failed. The arrangement did not look anything close to the picture in their book that we saw. I will not be using Boswell again. Thankfully my brother-in--law had many beautiful arrangements from other florists for less than what I paid.
