I paid quite a bit of money for this arrangement and it is nowhere near full as the example photo shows. Half of the arrangement has not even bloomed yet.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and explained I wanted my wife to be dazzled. I spent more than $200 and was assured she would be happy. The flowers that arrived were very disappointing in quality. Many were already wilting and half the vase was leaves, not flowers. I complained, they took them back and reissued the arrangement. They were “nice,” but hardly dazzling. My wife also got flowers from Gardenia's in Halstom City that cost less and were much better, impressive and higher quality. Will never use Boswell again.

You let us know your concerns with the first arrangement, so we created a beautiful fresh arrangement to your specifications to replace the original.
We then sent you a photo of the replacement bouquet and called you directly to get your approval before sending the florals out for delivery.
You said the arrangement was better, but you would need to see it in person.
After we delivered you sent a message letting us know your wife was pleased with the replacement.

My sister Sonja absolutely loved her Birthday Plant🪴. So I will not be calling you back Monday to get a refund🥰 Thank you so much for your patience and working with me. Sonja called to thank me and to say how beautiful the plant was and that she loved it. She said "I know you spent good money on this plant and you shouldn't have, but it was worth whatever you spent, I will have it for a long time". She loves flowers and plants, so I know she will take good care of it. Thank you again. Sincerely
