I am shocked by this version of what is displayed online! I feel it is very unsuitable for a sympathy arrangement without the other flowers and greenery that are shown in the picture and can't understand why you would make this so stark looking Nothing softens the daisies as it should. I also think it is very skimpy looking. Very dissatisfied and thought with your ratings you would do better work.

Steve Williams 1-800 flowers was the worst decision I've ever made. I ordered a bucket of roses for my anniversary which was to be the coming Saturday they didn't show up. But we're delivered the following Saturday. It was a little can Not much bigger than a coffee can with about six little tiny rose buds in it that never Did Bloom are open. I will never ever ever use them again.

I am not pleased with this arrangement, it looks like it was purchased in a food market . I did say white roses, Blue hydrangeas and an Iris. The greenery is not pretty and it is just hanging about , I'm very disappointed !

I had ordered Pink Meadow. This arrangement is very dark and not like what I had ordered. I realize you cannot get the exact same flowers as the website but the colors could have been more pink and “light”. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

It doesn't look like the picture. The green buds were not spread in between all the roses on your website. On the site, the roses were in a cluster and the green buds were on the outside, which is the way I wanted it.

I ordered the Romance arrangement for my daughter to receive on Saturday , before Mother's Day. I paid for a premium arrangement. I was told that the premium arrangement would have a minimum of 9 -12 red roses. The order was delivered with only 6 roses. C

The actual delivered arrangement looked cheaper than the online photo that was ordered. I ordered the premium option and there were fewer flowers than the picture. Some of the flowers look wilted and not fresh. Very unsatisfactory.

I am very disappointed with the selection and quantity of flowers. Nothing special about one rose, snapdragons, one iris, one Gerber daisy, one lily, etc. for the price. I'm embarrassed this was sent to an executive at Fluor.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day delivery 1 week prior to Valentine's Day. The flowers were delivered at 8:15 pm on Valentine's Day - to me, this is unacceptable. I called the next day to discuss, and was told I would receive a call later that day.

Very disappointed. I placed an order a week in advance for delivery and it's 8:07pm on delivery day and order has still not been delivered. Will try another florist in the future.
