Really!?! I placed my order on Nov 9 to be delivered to my daughter's work on her birthday on Nov 12 and it was delivered after 5pm. Very disappointing! I chose this florist because it's only blocks away from her work! Why?

I'm sorry, im just so disappointed. This doesn't look at all like what I ordered. The shades of dark red and pink just look bad next to the yellow. The website picture was so different.
