The photo looks beautiful. My wife received the arrangement and loved the roses and lily's, but some of the greenery is wilted and dry. The ferns have black spots on the back of them that look like insect eggs or droppings. I wish there had been more attention given to the greenery same as they did with the flowers.

The flowers are beautiful as usual but it is not 2:25 and the flowers have not been delivered. I am very disappointed that they were not delivered in the morning especially since I intentionally ordered them Monday around noon. This is a school delivery and school will be out at 330 and my daughter will not be able to enjoy her flowers. Had I known they would be delivered this late in the day I would have searched for another florist. I have ordered flowers from House of Blooms on several of my daughter's occasions but sadly I will no longer trust this business to provide excellent or even decent service. I see no reason why this occurred since I ordered them well in advance. Thank you preparing a beautiful arrangement but the untimely delivery takes alot away from this product. Thank you for your time.

I'm afraid I was quite disappointed with the flower arrangement. While beautiful when picked up, it quickly began to deteriorate. The orchid pods began to fall off almost immediately and the small rose buds have not opened and all are wrinkled and drooping now. The remaining flowers are already looking well past their prime at barely 72 hours after purchase.Water was always maintained well above flower stems. A second arrangement made from cut flowers purchased at Costco remains fresh looking.

I ordered this for my wife's birthday and payed a premium for the order. The driver who delivers the flowers is very nice and was the best part of this order. While this is a beautiful arrangement at the beginning, it did not last. I had ordered this same arrangement before and it lasted 4 days. This time the flowers in the arrangement only lasted three days. In the past arrangements from House of Blooms lasted a week or more. My wife also received flowers from another florist on the same day and they are still fresh and beautiful. I will not order this particular arrangement again.

Very disappointed! We paid for a premium arrangement and the picture looks like the regular size . Only 4 roses, this floral arrangement was for Mother's Day!

Beautiful arrangement except some flowers were already in full bloom and died within hours of the recipient receiving them. Definitely not worth the $$$ I paid and I upgraded to deluxe. Recipient was happy though.

For $90 I would expect to have some more expensive flowers in this arrangement. Carnations to the cheapest flowers you can use! I asked for white lilies and red roses and there was probably only one red rose in the whole arrangement.

I was told the vase would be different from the online pic...which was fine. But since the vase used was shorter wish the florist would have used less ribbon...the ribbon is too overpowering and wish the flowers were cut to sit a little taller in the vase
