This is pretty, but it does not look like the online photo you published. I was disappointed the vase was just a basic vase and did not look as expensive as I expected.

Overall, order taking & delivery very good. Orchids good. Roses bloomed & seem to wither much more quickly than expected.

Kinda boring. The white hydrangeas don't look right and plain red roses. Was hoping more colorful. The rose stuck in the middle of the hydrangae looks weird. Not horrible but just meh.

The flower bouquet arrangements were beautiful. But I was very disappointed with the chocolate. When ordering it was shown as a boxed set of chocolate but what was given was this pack of Lindt which is not worth the 15$ I paid separately for the chocolate. Also delivery was 15$ to just the hotel next door. So felt very disappointed overall. However appreciate bthat you took a photo and send this to the buyer and your level of transparency

Ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day and had peonies added at $20 a stem...if that wasn't bad enough, when they were delivered, the peonies were already fully open and only lasted a day. Super disappointing. Never got a response to my email about it ei

Flower bookey was good. However, we had ordered Truffle chocolate but Lindt was delivered. Also, delivery could have been arranged earlier. I had to call the store multiple times to get status update of my order.
