The flowers that were delivered were not the flowers that I chose. The colors, vase, and design was to me very different. I understand about substitutions but I feel the final product was completely different than what I chose, had I seen a picture of the final product I would've not wanted that. I wish someone had reached out to me asking if it was ok before delivering it. The recipient felt the same after I showed her what I wanted to send. However, she did say they were very quality flowers and the did deliver well within in the timeframe that I requested. The arrangement was nice too but not my preference.

The arrangement looks good. Carly, who took my order, was stellar. Excellent knowledge, professionalism, and people skills. Her handling of our order was efficient & accurate. Spoke with Tiffany as well, clearly a floral veteran who knows what she's doing. The only negative in my experience was dealing with another employee whose handling of a request for some of our shop info felt weirdly adversarial :(
