Thank u for the lovely arrangements -2 yesterday & 1 today . I am always happy to call Karin's Florist because I know the service will be prompt & professional . The calls r usually taken by a person who sounds very welcoming , patient & kind. 2out of my last 3 calls ( Friday & today Saturday ) were taken by somebody who CAME ACROSS in time & manner - probably NOT INTENTIONALLY!!- as a bit “ put upon “ or hurried .

My mom is a medically vulnerable person during this COVID nightmare. My dad won't let her out of the house, so she's been cooped up for months. I usually send her an edible arrangement for her birthday, but with the current climate I can't send her something like that out of fear for her safety. Karin's Florist was the perfect substitute for her birthday, and learning that I could place an order for delivery the same day as her birthday and know it would be delivered on time was a life saver!
