I had a tough request, and they kind of missed the mark, but they tried. Thank you for trying. I will come up with specific flower names to use and not use next time. I do like getting a photo each time and have used this florist for years very successfully.

The flowers were a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law, and she loved them! My only complaint is the high price.

When I saw the arrangement in person, it was underwhelming even for an $85-$90 arrangement. Notwithstanding the arrangement, the staff at Karin's are very friendly and accommodating!

The flowers were very pretty. Not exactly as shown and a little expensive for the flowers used but we were very happy with the arrangement. They let me know when it delivered and sent a picture of what was sent which was a very nice touch.it was a last minute decision and they completed then in a day.

These flowers were very nice but the price was outrageous.

I absolutely appreciate receiving a photo - great service! The plant is fine, and I would love to see the 'smaller' version next to this one. The pot is underwhelming, and imagine how pretty it would be if the utilitarian clips were replaced by raffia and tufts of moss. Abby is a professional and polite Karin's Florist representative.

It's very pretty. Thank you and I do like getting the photo. My only question is why was it +$100 than the Teleflora arrangement. I hope there's a reason for it in terms of flowers used or size. I also want to be sure I received a happy birthday balloon like I requested. Overall, it's lovely. Thanks again

it's an artful arrangement but I definitely expected more roses (compared with original web photo) for the price upgrade so am disappointed.

Was not as pleased as usual. The size and number of flowers was disappointing considering I ordered the largest of the sizes offered. Also, some of the alstrameria were drooping on Labor Day the day of the party.
