I like it. I don't see many “fluffy carnations “ or baby's breath…which I did ask for. But thank you for making it and delivering it. She will know that I care. It looks quite eclectic, right? I wanted more soft and caring. I don't think the red flowers say that. But thank you for making it.

Beautiful but looks fairly small. I would have thought more flowers for over $100! I do appreciate seeing a photo.

Very interesting. A great looking arrangement— very colorful! I hope the Lillie's are as fragrant as they look! Do you have an estimated time of delivery? ( no problem if you don't, so don't worry)

Pretty arrangement. The one I saw today was similar and discussed with the very helpful designer, also had blue and yellow flowers. Very bright and cheerful. Arrangement is to lift the recipient's spirit. Not the traditional Valentine's Day bouquet. Karen always delights with beautiful work Thankd

We appreciated the relationship Karin's has with the funeral home - their communication & delivery was seamless. Receiving a photo of the arrangement in advance was also very nice to receive. The flowers looked a bit limp but the next morning, at the funeral, were beautifully cascading & draping and well-hydrated. The "catalogue" arrangement options online could be better: they were limited & hard to choose from. There's not a good explanation or example of half-casket choices; the sale-emphasis is on full casket arrangements. Kevin walked me through but more photos would've helped. I was able to ask for our favored lighter, looser arrangement than pictured (as well as different color preferences), which was accommodated with some price adjustment, which we appreciated. Kevin made the phone transaction easy to complete. The floral arrangement was stunning. Thank you.

I had a tough request, and they kind of missed the mark, but they tried. Thank you for trying. I will come up with specific flower names to use and not use next time. I do like getting a photo each time and have used this florist for years very successfully.
