Very dissatisfied. I'm hoping the picture is deceiving.

I think it is rather small for $90.00 - not pleased at all if this is it!

This does not look like the pastel passion bouquet on your website which I ordered and was $159. I am not happy with this order. It is not full, does not have the number of roses or the other flowers seen on the picture. Please review before sending it out. This is not acceptable!!!

The order you delivered to me recently was not what I thought I would be receiving. It was not ‘Christmassy' at all; second, I believe it is in the file you have on me to never add roses to an arrangement I order unless I ask for them; third, I do not see how I was charged &100/each for such a small arrangement that had a whole lot of greenery. When I placed my order, I specified these 8 arrangements were going to be placed on large round tables. I was shocked when such small arrangements arrived. I had help in sprucing them up a bit. The photo you sent did not adequately reflect what arrived. Granted, this order was placed on the day I needed them, but what arrived is not typical of my past orders I have received over years and years of working with Karin's.

I am disappointed in this arrangement based in the picture. There appears to be 4 or 5 flowers which seems small for the price.

I ordered 12 yellow roses, white gerber daisies, and white flowers similar to the lavender flowers in the Holy Embrace bouquet on your website. This does not look like a $236.00 arrangement. Please correct this before delivering the flowers to the Money and King funeral home for the Mercier funeral. I am very disappointed.

I'm sorry but it still doesn't look like your standard level of high quality work. It looks sloppy and still not very cheerful. Very disappointed

Not at all what I thought i ordered. Colors are dull and not vibrant. Also for the rice carnations should not have been used. The variety used is awful.

Unfortunately you forgot add yellow roses and snap Dragon flowers . I'm so disappointed

The hydrangeas were wilty and dying already. I expected more and if there was an issue with quality an exchange of hydrangeas for some other flower.

Karin's Florist always delivers! Beautiful arrangements to family and friends are never disappointing. Karin's did the flowers for my daughter's wedding years ago and I still remember the wonderful flower petals and arrangements on tables. Staff is unfailingly helpful, professional, courteous. Karin's is my go-to florist!

Not very pretty! Would like to see more white flowers! Appreciate the picture

I did not order this on an easel. I'm very disappointed. I asked for this to be in a vase with the banner that says beloved sister and aunt. The flower colors are correct. The banner is correct, but I asked for this to be in a vase so it could be moved on Monday. Please let me know how you can correct this today thank you. I'm at 703-200-3523.

For the cost of the arrangement, I was not impressed. If you want the honest feedback...

I made two orders with Karin's on Friday. One ordered was delivered as scheduled but with flowers that began wilting a day after delivery. The second, an out of town delivery was never delivered. The whole experience was hugely disappointing.

Where are all of the roses that this arrangement was depicted to have? Where is all the pretty color it was suppose to have? What are those things that look like seed bunches? I'm sorry it's a nice arrangement but not worth the high dollar amount I paid for what was suppose to contain a lot of pretty roses.

Love that the leaf in the vase echoes the yellow of the beautiful flowers.

Hi. This photo (the same you texted me) does NOT include the cut yellow flower arrangement optional addition ordered (for $25) and specified. Indeed, this looks like a stock photo of your largest Classic Peace Lilly, without the larger cut flowers arrangement addition, and without the sympathy card with inscription. In addition, we look forward to your delivery driver's phone call and visit to our location (across the street) firs--t as agreed-- so we may add a message to it. * Please call me soon to confirm the details of this order I made with Stacey. * (FYI, we never review any vendor's product or service *before* the contract is completed and delivered. Why on Earth would we do that? )

Apologies, I am not a fan of the arrangement. The colors are not bright and cheery.

This bouquet does not look like the bouquet online, which is what I ordered. What you delivered appears to have far fewer yellow flowers . I am very disappointed.

Not happy , roses and hydrangeas look old… arrangement not professional. I'm very disappointed for the amount we paid.
