Flowers are beautiful BUT this was for my niece's Graduation NOT her birthday. Very disappointed!!!

Flowers do not appear to present as well as in the picture online. The arrangement of the flowers in the center online looks much better with what looks like white tulips framing the flowers on the sides. Flowers are lovely, but -- paid for 8 - 1 delivery and they came at 1:40. I don't mean to seem demanding, and coronavirus blah blah, but it did mess up our day. I paid for early delivery for a reason! Nice flowers, though.
For $100+ dollars I would expect to have seen roses and tulips and hydrangeas like the picture.
I appreciate you taking the photo prior. The bouquet looks bare compared to the one I first saw on the order. I wish it had more flowers like the description and the photo of the order
Would have appreciated a call to discuss options. Not thrilled with the purple and additional roses.
Disappointed in arrangement as not enough color flowers used. Using the white hydrangea along with white Lilly's too much white. Did you run out of color flowers? Also, photo doesn't show what container looks like.
Are their succulents in there? Honestly I thought it would be bigger for $100. ?
It was a beautiful arrangement however it was in a plastic container— I think a glass container would have been much nicer.
Hi. While the flowers are beautiful, I was expecting a much larger display. The standard Secret Admirer includes a lot more flowers — according to pictures online. I'm a little disappointed as I've purchased flowers from Karin's before — I was expecting a much larger display - this display falls short. If there is anything we can do to dress the display up more before delivery, I'd be very grateful. I'm happy to discuss over a call 803-528-5465

Looks rather skimpy for the money.
I ordered a floral arrangement of roses and other premium flowers and was disappointed in the arrangement sent, which had minimal roses and was smaller than I would have expected for the cost of the arrangement.
The arrangement was huge. Very nice but very big. It would be nice if you could take something off the website if it is not available. I think I have found something and them am told it isn't available. The last two times I have ordered the vase was not available. I get it if you can't but this is my comment.
First time I have ever been disappointed by one of your arrangements. The middle ornament with the plastic trees on top was an off note in an otherwise lovely piece. But I remain a fan. Aesthetics are highly personal and someone else might find it a seasonal treat .
I would have preferred more flowers and less container. The roses seem to be almost spent. Thought I was ordering a bouquet.
was a little disappointed. sorry to say. Paid a lot for the arrangement and this just looks like a little bit cheaper look of the Holiday Centerpiece arrangement. The ribbon was not the pretty plaid red/green thick one I wanted. Way too many white flowers and I would have enjoyed more green mums shown on the holiday centerpiece......Should not have rushed it, though I did pay a very heavy price for this arrangement.....Wish I could have been happier. sorry, maybe next time show me a picture before delivery and I can help fix it.....Thanks though for your wonderful responsiveness and patience and willing to work with me....Sincerely, Marguerite Pickering

Beautiful, but that's not a lot of flowers for the price. The combination is very nice, a pretty design. An unfortunate thing happened - the arrangement was damaged by an animal or something and some blooms were broken off and scattered that afternoon. I appreciate your photo. A relative photographed it after the damage. Thanks for the prompt service.

I was hoping for more wild cut flower mix vs roses... although my friend liked the arrangement.
I am usually happy with your arrangements. However, I was hoping for a more substantial one for $250.Perhaps it looks better in person.
