The Dreaming in Color on the website is much more vibrant in colors than the one that was sent. The one sent appears very dark

Ont of reasons I selected Sorbet Delicacy Bouquet was that there was a variegated leaf wrapped around the stems. This Bouquet does not have it! It was especially mentioned in the description. What happened? Also flowers seem very bright pink with no variations in color. What's up? No subtlety.

I am a regular customer. The flowers looked great day 1. However, on day 3 they have wilted badly despite fresh water and good care.

The picture online definitely had more green leaves and foliage to compliment to bouquet generally which I think for the price point would make this bouquet much nicer. I do enjoy that a picture was shared ahead of the pickup

Well your design & presentation were beautiful. I know flowers are more expensive these days but for $80 (not tax or delivery fees) I expected a couple more flowers and not the 3 carnations). I specifically asked for no carnations; I dislike them and think of them as cheap filler flowers. I'm sure the order person I spoke with probably didn't convey this request to the designer. Sending me the photo of the arrangement is always great customer support / marketing tool. But when you get I wrong and it's too late to change the flowers the photo is upsetting. I will say usually everything is perfect. I'm disappointed this time. All I got was “oh well” ? Happy Holidays - I will be ordering again. I just wanted to be upfront about this order.

Looks a little overgrown like it's been in the shop too long. And no blooms? Was the plant dressed at all? ie. put in container.

Don't see any roses . Just placed order so hope they are fresh. I have used you all for over 20 years and never been disappointed. I ask for something bright and . Do always like seeing a photo.

I mean, does it look the same to you? https://www.karinsflorist.com/shop/birthday/purple-sunburst-bouquet/ It's missing all 6 yellow roses, and has only 3 roses total, which I wouldn't say matches a description of "featuring premium roses..." more like "featuring premium carnations." I don't know, I'm not a florist, maybe the substitutions are equal in value. It's pretty, just in my opinion less pretty than I expected. Maybe I'll poll my friends on Facebook to see if I should give more stars.

I feel like there's way too much greenery here…for a $262 arrangement. I do appreciate getting a picture though - now I know what's being delivered. Customer service over the phone was terrific.

I asked to include orange and teal if only teal ribbon. I also asked for no fragrance. I don't see teal. And are the orange flowers with fragn .

Honestly, I wasn't impressed with the arrangement but my daughter liked it. I felt the roses were a bit to open and I didn't like the Gerber daisies on top of them....they dominated the arrangement. I love the fact that you enclose a photo. I happened to be in Va. for my daughter's party and was able to see the flowers in person. I will use your store again though because in general I like the process.

THE FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL ON FRIDAY, BUT THEY WILTED QUICKLY, AND LOOKED HORRIBLE ON THE 15th. WE WILL BE SEARCHING FOR A FLORIST THAT DOES SILK ARRANGEMENTS. THANK YOU.
