I like getting the picture but I'm not thrilled with the outcome-it doesn't look elegant-the roses don't look long stem, like regulat, it looks stuffed and the bow is very underwhelming-it doesn't add to the arrangement-it looks like I tied it on as an afterthought.

I wanted it in a tall vase, I could have bought that arrangement at Costco and sent it by courier and it still would have cost $150

We were very disappointed in the flowers sent to Surrey Lane. All flowers were dead or near death by Monday after receipt Friday.

I was actually disappointed. I've ordered repeatedly from Karin's and when I saw the picture I was expecting to be more impressed. When I saw them in person I was underwhelmed, especially for the price. I sent an arrangement through a different florist to my mom, and for decidedly less money it was far more impressive. That picture is VERY favorable - reality felt different.

Going to be very honest. I'm underwhelmed by the arrangement for the price I paid.

They're beautiful, but were very open when they arrived. Usually prefer to get them in when they're a bit fresher and will last longer, these will dead soon

This order ended up costinh $177. Ridiculous!

Disappointed as I ordered two dozen tulips but it appears that I only got a dozen and tons of baby breath. Am happy with the photo and the service.

Size of flower arrangement vs. price was small arrangement to sizable price. Flowers were pretty with the gerber daisy but for $125 I honestly was expecting it to be larger.

Seems a bit small for the price . Maybe a better case as well . Thank you

Still too dark but it is what it is. I mentioned to Gina after talking the second time and mentioned colors similar to Lucious love bouquets

Disappointed. Doesn't look as nice as Luscious Love Bouquet on your website.

To be honest - for $290 + a $53 fee - I was expecting more flowers in the arrangement.

Anyway to add a bit more for the fee? Otherwise it is ok. Thanks for considering.

It is ok, but not as pretty as the picture. Doesn't look like $200. So be it! Thx for getting it done.

I was disappointed - I had requested light pink. They were fine but certainly not what I requested. I was disappointed- we have been ordering from Karin's for over 20 years.

I am afraid that I cannot tell you that I was satisfied with the flowers that you sent. I understand that maybe you are on the high end, so I thought that $100 would buy a much better flower arrangement.

Disappointed in the arrangement. Expected more hydrangea. Looks like a lot of filler flowers for the investment. Certainly a miss from Karin's usual arrangements.

So disappointing. Really - mums, carnations, and alstromeria? I am used to exceptional flower arrangements from Karin's and this one I could have done myself for so much less.
