That is very skimpy looking. This is the second time I have been disappointed with an arrangement from Karin's. My friend's dog died and I was really hoping for something lovely. This looks like a bunch of weeds with some white roses. Disappointing.

I usually receive beautiful flowers from Karin's and this arrangement was beautiful but the flowers were wilted when delivered and dead the next morning. The hydrangeas and lilacs were browning and wilted within a day.

One of the roses was missing the head. It looks like maybe the head fell off during delivery. The roses did not look fresh either. I prefer ones that has not yet fully blossomed yet. Not too happy with the order this time around.

Beautiful bouquet when received. But by the next day, Flowers were wilting by the next day., especially the hydrangeas. Even the mums, which usually last a long time had petals that were falling.

The flowers delivered were not exactly what I requested wanted Only orange flowers and green hydrangea no funeral ferns not baby breath. These were for my Granddaughter's graduation and those school colors ALSO think I saw an orange peonie flower in picture not in one delivered. Also my daughter said Roses all opened? I am disappointed because you are such a reputable florist ! Sincerely 347 693 6189

I was disappointed. I asked for spring-like flowers and a design that would not be funereal. The colors are anything but springlike. The glads are nothing but funereal.

Seems pretty small for a premium - I thought it was going to be a taller arrangement with more flowers than a standard arrangement.

I am so very, very not happy with this arrangement. For $200 Mr. Olender wants something "in your face" that screams "I spent $200 for these flowers. This certainly does not. This is the 3rd time your arrangement has not been fantastic. Granted, $200 wasn't all on the flowers. I know we spent delivery fees, taxes, etc. But still, this barely screams $100. Because we have used you so much in the past, I was (and still) expect your arrangements to be SUPER, and FAR ABOVE other florists out there. This is barely a 2-star arrangement. It looks like something I could have done, and goodness knows I don't know how to arrange flowers. Not happy.

I'm sorry but I don't care for this arrangement at all. I appreciate the pink roses (my request) but I don't like carnations and the arrangement itself is very disappointing. Especially for this occasion coming from our university for a deceased colleague. Patricia Miller

This vase is hideous. I wish I had been contacted about the choices prior to delivery as I would have picked something with a uniform color, matching the photo on your website.

I was disappointed that the only purple shade flower were dyed carnations! I requested purple, pink, white and yellow flowers. This arrangement is mostly white with 3 bold carnations and several light pink roses. Would not be my choice of flowers. For $63.00 there is nothing special including the vase.

Disappointing. I've been using Karin's exclusively for several years and usually I'm extremely pleased. I ordered and paid for the deluxe arrangement but it looked like the standard. Same number of blooms as the basic arrangement. Didn't seem to be the usual high level I've come to expect.
