I requested a spring arrangement and the florist said spring flowers were available. Other than a few tulips, these flowers don't particularly suggest spring. Appreciate the photo so I can see what was delivered.

I love Karin's Florist but this arrangement was a disappointment to me. The first thing I asked for was tulips, and I wanted them to dominate, but the first thing I see is a big magenta Gerber Daisy and some orange flowers. The arrangement is pretty but not at all what I wanted. I still believe Karin's the best florist in Northern Virginia so next time I will be more specific in what I would like.

I have worked with Karin's for many years now and am still amazed at the superior level of service and product they continue to provide. Once set, high expectations are difficult to maintain, let alone surpass, and yet Karin's continues to do that. We ordered an arrangement for dear friends who had recently suffered a loss - a difficult situation all around. The team member at Karin's worked with us to choose a perfect arrangement that expressed our love and condolences. Our friends were absolutely touched by the choices, and we were happy to have sent a message of love and support at a difficult time. The Karin's team was both patient and consultative throughout the process, and the end product was stunning. Many thanks to Karin and the team.

Karin's is an established and very well-liked florist serving Vienna, VA and the surrounding areas. The reason for their success is easy to understand: They make the process of choosing and sending gifts easy and even fun. They are the go-to shop for that reason: Whether you call them or visit the shop in person, you get individual attention, lots of choices but also solid advice to help you narrow down the decision for the occasion. The plant I sent for a neighbor's memorial service was beautiful. Karin's staff helped me choose it, communicated several times to provide the estimated delivery time and to confirm delivery—-and even sent a photo of the arrangement to me. My neighbor's family loved and appreciated the plant and I appreciated the great service I received at Karin's. The e-mails telling me status and the digital photo are modern touches, but make no mistake about it——this business operates as a traditional local neighborhood shop, part of the community. You get the best of both worlds that way—-modern tech, but the type of service you enjoyed decades in the past, when businesses treated their customers like family. Thumbs up for this florist!
