We ordered a premium package for this flower but it looked the same as a normal one which we usually order. We have always loved the flowers from Karin's Florist but this was disappointing as it as a part of an important gift.

Was hoping for more orange/amber rose within arrangement.

I thank you for helping me with this order. I was disappointed though. I called to VA so I might be able to save on delivery, and get a little more for the gift. A mug that changes color and a few bags of candy for 65.00 seems like a lot for what looks like so little. Thank you for asking for the feedback, I wish it could have been more positive.

These were not worth over $150 dollars

I personally love the design but for a 90th birthday this is not what I was envisioning as a ‘big colorful bouquet'. Thank you for the photo.

It was nice. But way too small for the cost.

The picture on the website had swirly looking roses and only the filler was darker. This is a lot darker with the brown chrysanthemums.

Too dark green and the vase is like a funeral. Has it been sent?

I think this looks a little skimpy for a $60 bouquet.

This is really disappointing. I could buy the same arrangement for $12 at Whole Foods or TJs. I know my wife will be disappointed. There's no pop

For $100 this arrangement seems quite small and uninspired; we also asked for pretty, muted colors-this is all white. Disappointing for a special occasion.

Now it's too washed-out. Could you mix light and dark please.

The roses look a little brown on top. And I would prefer the larger flowers to be light pink. Overall I would prefer more lighter colors with a little darker on between.

It's not as full looking as you've done in the past. Maybe the case is too narrow, not sure. And I also prefer when you have big leaves opening up at the base of the opening. Sorry, not my favorite arrangement from Karin's.

Hi, that looks nothing like the Beach Escape Bouquet on the website. https://www.karinsflorist.com/shop/birthday/beach-escape-bouquet/ Wanted the seashells in the vase since it's our anniversary and we are going to Cape Cod. And the order form was confusing with the vase, color and style and they were $0, I thought that meant I wasn't getting them. And no Irises since that's the flower for 25 year anniversary. Guess I just got it wrong all around. Thank you.

I am a bit disappointed I wanted pink second choice was white so we got purple it was supposed to be dressed I don't quite see that - I have ordered from you before they have all been lovely this one not so much.

Unfortunately the arrangement seemed very sparsely filled with flowers and greenery, and even more so the flowers seemed “old” as if they were halfway expired. Disappointing.

Bouquet was not as impressive as I hoped for.. hydrangea died in 1 day. The rest are looking very rough even though we change water daily. Tim

Unfortunately the flowers do not look as lovely as they did online. I would rather that Karin's Florist tell me the flowers needed for my order are not available and I ought to select another bouquet than send me a bouquet that is a substitute for the one

This was $100?? Expected more

Hi--this is not exactly what I was hoping for when I asked for pale purple and cream colored flowers. I always order from Karin's and am usually thrilled, but not this time. Thanks, Lee Ann

I asked for hydrangeas and did not get many. Was also told there would be pastel colors and those are dark cal colors.

Please leave a note in my account saying not to use pussy willow in any orchid arrangements again. It takes away from the elegance of the orchids. Thank you.

I thought I was going to have daffodils and hyacinths?? That is what we talked about when I came in. More spring flowers. I am a little disappointed.

I am usually very happy with the flowers I order from Karin's but this isn't what I would have expected when I asked for bright flowers. Maybe it will be brighter in person. Thanks.
