I spent 125 for this arrangement which got delivered on Friday and yet the flowers were already lifeless on Saturday when I intended to use them as centerpiece for my dinner party. Elif Michalski C: 703-864-8236

I was very disappointed with the arrangement. They didn't put any plant decoration such as succelant on the base as I had requested. They didn't use any moss around connecting the orchid to the branches which is the minimum one should do. Too much bud

Thank you for your review and we are so sorry for your disappointment. We did fill the order to value with fresh, healthy orchid plants. The more buds there are on the plant the freshest the orchid is. This also allows the recipient to enjoy the plant longer. I checked with the customer service agent who took the order and she does not recall the discussion of using succulents at the base. We did attach the orchids to the branches in professional way as not to distract from beauty of the arrangement.

I've used Karin's for years. Not sure this is a picture of my exact order but lots of filler for the high price. Also, today is Sunday (delivered on Thursday) and flowers are heavily, heavily wilting.

This plant WILL be pretty but certainly was not pretty to send to the funeral today since it has not bloomed out. Also, I had asked for white or yellow, and I thought it would have a ribbon. I guess I should have kept with a floral arrangement.

Asked for balloon to match flowers which obviously did not happen. For my hundred Dollars all I see is a couple of mums some alstromeria, lots of filler. Hope some rose buds are on the other side. I am underwhelmed.

Hello Elaine, Thank you so much for your review and thank you for taking my call. We chose a mylar balloon that was the closet to the flowers in color. The other mylars had red in them and we didn't think that would work. I'm glad we could talk about other options on the phone. We did send a solid colored yellow star! The flowers were filled to value. Sometimes the photo does not do the actual arrangement justice. The photo did not have roses but we did replace the tulips that are out of season with some beautiful yellow calla lilies. Thank you so much for your order.....we appreciate it very much!
