It's nice but I thought it would have more flowers in it.

I am disappointed. I wanted something more grand that this. I had suggested that i was willing to spend more . I have always like your past arrangements but this is a disappointment

Well your design & presentation were beautiful. I know flowers are more expensive these days but for $80 (not tax or delivery fees) I expected a couple more flowers and not the 3 carnations). I specifically asked for no carnations; I dislike them and think of them as cheap filler flowers. I'm sure the order person I spoke with probably didn't convey this request to the designer. Sending me the photo of the arrangement is always great customer support / marketing tool. But when you get I wrong and it's too late to change the flowers the photo is upsetting. I will say usually everything is perfect. I'm disappointed this time. All I got was “oh well” ? Happy Holidays - I will be ordering again. I just wanted to be upfront about this order.
