The flowers were fresh. The ordering process was smooth, even though I got stuck online, someone reached out to me via email when they noticed that the order had not gone through. The delivery process was smooth and my wife loved the flowers.

Disappointed in the arrangement. Expected more hydrangea. Looks like a lot of filler flowers for the investment. Certainly a miss from Karin's usual arrangements.
