My daughter-in-law received a beautiful arrangement, which was delivered in a timely manner. We are both very pleased. I appreciated seeing the photo Karin's forwarded to me very much, as I live at a distance from her.

I can't see enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Karin's Florist. I was sending flowers to a patient at Reston Hospital. The patient was moved 3 times and they made sure they were delivered while the patient was not in the ICU, where they would have ended up at the nurse's station.

The order was delivered as requested. The arrangement was not as expected. I was disappointed in the way the flowers were arranged. It was very unprofessional; it did not reflect the quality of the arrangement in the provided web photo.
