Absolutely excellent service! I placed an online baby gift order but was not feeling very well and forgot to add to signature line our names. Didn't know what to do so I crossed my fingers and called the store. We had a very bad snow storm going on and I was sure I had no chance of anyone answering but tried anyway. Good God was I surprised!! Someone answered immediately and pulled up order and made corrections in a matter of minutes! Wow! Afterwords I remembered I hadn't added flowers. Again I call and sure enough someone immediately answers! Then it became a double WoW!! Both reps were phenomenal and so nice. They helped me stop feeling like a fool. so nice

The ordering process was easy. The delivery was prompt. The flowers were lovely.

Flowers were delivered same day I ordered, they sent a picture of the bouquet and a confirmation of delivery, the person I spoke to (Charlotte) was very helpful and kind, would definitely use again
