The order was delivered as requested. The arrangement was not as expected. I was disappointed in the way the flowers were arranged. It was very unprofessional; it did not reflect the quality of the arrangement in the provided web photo.

These flowers were perfect for our fine jewelry event! The designer we had in store himself said the size, the color, was just incredible.

Excellent, as always. Would never buy flowers from anyone else.🌸😍 I enjoyed seeing the picture.

This is the first time I have used Karin's Florist and I didn't know what to expect. After seeing the arrangement I was pleasantly surprised because it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again to send flowers.

MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS to everyone on the Karin's Team for AGAIN helping me to orchestrate the PERFECT B'Day for my Sister, who lives in Arlington, from her doting Brother almost 3000 miles away here in San Francisco! The Orchids were flawlessly designed and arrived on time, along with the colorful birthday balloon and chocolates, at my sister's home. I cannot thank you enough and urge anyone who wants to give their special person a perfect birthday to give Karin's a call!

Upon receipt of photo of arrangement, I sent an email advising I was highly disappointed as the arrangement was not what I had requested Thanks to Kevin calling right away to discuss how to fix it, I was able to convey what I had requested when I placed the order. He had them create a new arrangement that was much closer to what I wanted. While they didn't use as much color variety as I had requested and they used more roses than I wanted, I understand they had to work with what they had in the shop. Ultimately the 2nd arrangement was beautiful and thus more acceptable. As such,, this order deserves a 5 plus star rating. Many thanks to Kevin and the team at Karin's.

Pretty! But, too dark. Please add Baby' Breath ir something similar, to lighten/brighten the arrangement. Best, Carmencita Concepcion
