Flowers exactly as pictured on web site, delivered when I asked, the wife loves them. Picture of actual arrangement emailed to me is a great idea. I've been burned before by on-line florists, but not by Kiko's.

I called from Florida to have a plant sent to Rush University and had a very positive experience from start to finish, including receiving a photo of the plant I sent because I couldn't see it in person ! Would use them again !
