I am NOT PLEASED. These look limp & half dead. The picture on your website was a beautiful lively ivy plant...this is not that. I am embarrassed that this is what was received for the funeral of Mildred Watson

I paid extra for the PREMIUM option. It seems I did not get this. I will reconsider making purchases through McShan's in the future.

These flowers, especially the yellow ones, look wilted. It may be the angle of the photo but the arrangement is premium and should look fuller and more colorful, like the one on the website.

Those flowers look dead! The white flowers are brown. That is unacceptable! I paid extra for premium flowers. Please do better!

This is not what I ordered. The roses online are yellow. I did not want red. I've been on hold now for 30 trying to get this fixed before the flowers are delivered.

Curly willow's missing. Balloon should be more colorful for a lady it's looks more appropriate for a Male. I need the balloon changed and more feminine colors . Please make sure the roses are fresh. Thank you. I'm not satisfied.

After many years of being a customer this is the first time I have been disappointed. There was absolutely no design to this easel. I have not only been a customer but have owned two florists in the past where I sent you wire orders.

Super disappointed to see this arrangement for my dear friend. Lots of filler flowers that don't go together. Sunflowers and carnations and lilies? I expected some pretty roses and peonies and such.

Upon receiving this arrangement, was very disappointed. Flowers were wilted, soil dry and many dead leaves. This arrangement looked like it had been in the heat for several days and had to be replaced. This was very uncharacteristic of McShan Florist.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?! For $65.00 and a gift for a new mother?! I am VERY unhappy and disappointed. If I want a presentable bouquet of flowers, next time, I will look elsewhere. I will not recommend your company; I will warn people about this! SHAME ON YOU
