The arrangement was beautiful but it seemed like maybe it fell over in the delivery process as it was lopsided and I couldn't straighten it up quite right. Maybe it was because the vase was not as tall and the flower stems were shorter. I have always been extremely pleased with your flower arrangements and always recommend your florist to anyone who asks and will continue to do so but this one was a little lacking.

Thats much better. I still think the prices overall are almost 3 times higher than they ought to be, but at least this is an acceptable arrangement. Apologies for not picking up the phone I'm in meetings all morning

It looks nice but I'm not a fan of black in an arrangement, the photo does show it on this arrangement online but there is more of the hydrangea showing which I liked more.

The roses were/are beautiful. She loves them. Only complaint is the absence of wires supporting they blooms, It once was standard; but apparently not anymore. The roses don't wilt and sag as fast when wires are used.

Nice arrangement. Plant selection was good. It's beautiful. Wish the bow had been multicolored o bring in the orange balloon color along with the yellow.
