I asked for ‘white and green sympathy flowers with one or two pale pink accents to break it up'. This is not it. So much pink. Bright pink. Almost no white.

Six dozen roses were pretty. Greenery was wilted. Husband thought he had ordered twelve dozen at $180.

My husband has ordered from McShans for over 30 years since we were first dating. My arrangements originally were beautiful and lasted a long time. For years now, including this year, they start bending over within a few days and few really open. I received on Tuesday (wrong order was sent Monday) and by Friday several were bending over. Today, Saturday, many are. Lots of greenery but extremely sparse on baby's breath and strangely spaced/clumped. Compare the pic from this order above with 2 dozen roses pic on your website and you'll understand.

A. On Delivery Not happy with the size of arrangement. I ordered a classic size it stands 11" tall. And paid $140. The value I was looking for.

I'm writing to express my sincere disappointment regarding my order from today. The arrangement was delivered to the wrong apartment unit or building (I have looked and I cannot determine where it is) and because the shop is closed, I was unable to resolve the issue in real-time. I specifically ordered these for today to celebrate our proposal from yesterday. Since the timing was for a specific celebration that has now been missed, a redelivery would not be a viable solution for me. I would like to request a full refund to my original payment method instead. I was really looking forward to using your shop for this celebration and am very let down that the delivery didn't go as planned. Best, Fernando Peraza

Does not look like the picture. I paid for a deluxe. Looks smaller. It looks like the regular size. Not enough roses. Supposed to be 6 total. Three at the front and three at the back. This is what I was told. I am disappointed. This arrangement was for a very important person. Now the Executive group that sent this arrangement will look bad. And cheap. Please deliver it. I have no choice at this point. I spent nearly $200 for this arrangement. I am very disappointed. And embarrassed.

I appreciate McShan's service. It is always prompt. However, for this particular order, I did order a Peace Lily plant. The plant was indeed a Peace Lily, but there was not one bloom on it! Just a plain (and rather boring) green plant. I was VERY disappointed!

Sadly, my arrangement came with one broken carnation, and today this morning I woke up to dying roses that won't be blooming I'm sure. It arrived with plenty of water and I have watered it since.😔
