Does not look like the picture. I paid for a deluxe. Looks smaller. It looks like the regular size. Not enough roses. Supposed to be 6 total. Three at the front and three at the back. This is what I was told. I am disappointed. This arrangement was for a very important person. Now the Executive group that sent this arrangement will look bad. And cheap. Please deliver it. I have no choice at this point. I spent nearly $200 for this arrangement. I am very disappointed. And embarrassed.

I appreciate McShan's service. It is always prompt. However, for this particular order, I did order a Peace Lily plant. The plant was indeed a Peace Lily, but there was not one bloom on it! Just a plain (and rather boring) green plant. I was VERY disappointed!

This does not look like the flowers I ordered. It's supposed to be in a white basket with more white flowers. This one has to much greenery and doesn't appear to be in a white basket.

This flower arrangement is awful! It is not at all like the picture of what I ordered on Teleflora. I am embarrassed my friend received the above dreary ugly arrangement. Pretty but unfortunately the container was too small and not stable. We have these displayed in our church and the arrangement fell over several times. It would have been better to have a larger container with more stability. Also some of the flowers looked as if they were several days old and drooping.

This photo does not adequately match your example on the website. Your website includes multiple Lillies. Baby's breath is an insufficient substitution for appropriate accent flowers as described in the website. Additionally, I selected a premium arrangement. It is not clear to me what qualifies this as premium versus classic.

Although the flowers were beautiful, the driver was so nasty and rude. Not to mention, while delivering to a government facility. He was even heard arguing with security. Would NOT recommend this florist, unfortunately. And that is not due to the florist, however, due to the people the florist employs as delivery drivers.

Flowers would have been lovely if they had been delivered the day they were supposed to be here. If you're going to 1. Attempt delivery 2. Not leave them on porch if you don't get an answer and 3. Refuse to redeliver that same day, you are not providing a good service to your customers. If that's the way you handle your business maybe you should think about calling in advance of the delivery. I was out of town the following two days so by the time yall redlivered on Monday the arrangement was no longer fresh. Your arrangements normally last quite a while after delivery but at this point I've only been in possession of the arrangement for 2 days and flowers are already dying. Very disappointed.
