I just called. This is not what I requested and discussed in detail when in the order. I wanted a deeper darker colors more masculine looking arrangement. This is for the widow of my cousin who just passed away. I do not like this white and yellow at all. There was supposed to be Delphinium. Please call me and please do not send this.

Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent and it makes me look cheap to the person I sent the flowers to. If McShan wants to send more flowers N/C I can furnish an alternate address since the person I sent the flowers to has now retired!

My mom was disappointed in the arrangements . She wanted the roses to be closed so they would last longer. The arrangement was expensive for what I received . After 24 hours the flowers don't look fresh. She's been a customer of yours for over 30 years. This is the first time she's been disappointed.

No! I don't like it at all, because this is not what I paid for. If this is the bouquet you delivered to my mother I am extremely disappointed and infuriated. This does not look anything like the one I paid almost $200.00 for…I could have gotten this for $20 at Fiesta, are you kidding me??!!! Baby breath?!! Where is that in the original picture??? I'm so mad if this is what she got for Mother's Day ! 😡🤬 you owe me a refund or an original bouquet to her, the one that I paid for. I don't even want to give you as single star… if this is the case. The flowers and vase look great. Now why I got a “get well soon” balloon instead of “happy Mother's Day balloon” is confusing to me I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication was because those are 2 totally different feelings that are created. I was asked if I would like to add a “Mother's Day” balloon ? I said yes ? So how does that turn into a get well soon balloon ? Smh.

The roses arrangement is very nice. I am very unhappy with the flowers I paid $75 because it is so small. It is a total ripoff. I would never recommend your company to anyone. I will definitely tell people how you ripoff your customer.

I have always used y'all since you first opened as I grew up In the Casa Linda area. For tge first time I am disappointed. I said no red or gold. Pink ,blue and purple with maybe touch of yellow. yellow. Smallest had RedRises. I said no roses as they wilt faster and never open. I have kut seen the largest yet. But so far gir first time. I hope the $100 arrangement is more what i wanted. If you look at previous orders I have requested the same. I am very disappointed. Very expensive. With me out of town I wanted Special Easter flowers. Also as well as two roses I hated the Nig atrusive sunflower. Not an Easter type arrangement. Always pleased I will see the larger ones and let you know. I am very upset. Not Easter looking. Too much yellow. I said pink and blue and purple with maybe touch of”touch of yellow”. I wanted pastels as always. First time my expectations were not followed. I am not happy. Especially gir Easter. No red or gold and I hated the sunflower. Not at all what I wanted for Easter. Maybe ithers like thise Nig ygly sunflowers but not gir Easter. I asked specifically for pastels evened named the colors. Very unhappy this first time but already delivered and paid
