The teddy bear isn't centered. Some of the flowers don't look fresh!!

I was told when I ordered it that if I spent $200 it would be a massive arrangement. It's hard to tell from the picture if it's a massive arrangement

Pretty sure I ordered the deluxe. The picture on your website looks much fuller than this.

Specifically requested NO carnations. Highly disappointed this one simple request was not followed. I hate carnations, to pair such cheap looking flowers with the other high end stems the designer selected seems odd. The shape and style of the arrangement is otherwise lovely. But wish they would pay closer attention to order details

Is it only one plant? The website shows a couple of smaller plants, which I liked better. I'm no sure I like this.

Can you please add more roses? I specifically asked for no gerber, or filler. Dense with roses and hydrangea, peonies, protea. High quality flowers

There is no silver in the arrangements: colors were green and silver.

Thank you for the photo. The plant doesn't look as vibrant as what I saw in your selection on your website. Just checking to see what you charged me $160 for I only see just a pink and white bow thought you said it was $116 for the large and probably whatever it is for the delivery

The ribbon was supposed to be yellow or gold with green letters.

McShan is the only florist I use in Dallas. Always a great experience. This one? Not so much. For a $160 arrangement, this is disappointing. 6 lousy roses, some white flowers poked in. Bad shape. Not the masterpieces I usually send from McShan. You can do better.

That's seems small amt of flowers for the 70 range. I saw online (on your site) similar size for 50. So at 70 was expecting more i guess...I'm not as pleased as my usual experience. Maybe the photo is just not doing it justice. Very happy with phone support and service otherwise.

Normally McShan is on point and I have been using them for years. I ordered a black and white bow to be added and it's not on it. What Happened To The Bow Being Added??

The plant and photo are nice but after I purchased, found McShan to be more expensive than other online florists! That was a surprise I did not expect.

Our congregation requested more variety each week, such as not using chrysanthemum and including roses or other types of flowers.

Looks like you located another black balloon- thanks. I do not want to delay delivery. Feel free to send this version. I have work calls but will call back later to discuss my experience.

It's missing the flower that has the red & yellow…like in the image on the side. Please add and send new pic.

Any way we could take out the larger greenery and replace with baby's breath or something more subtle. This is for a homecoming nosegay or clutch bouquet. You could probably remove one or two flowers to make it smaller and more condensed. I'll see if I can find a photo and send it.
