Looks great

The arrangement could have benefited from less green foliage and brighter flower colors. Overall, it did not closely resemble the reference picture.

This is not look as full as the one pictured and has no butterflies

Thank you for sending the photo. Beautiful arrangement but disappointed to see that none of the lilies appear to have bloomed. Hopefully, some of them will open up as the day goes on. The look they provide was one of the main selling points for this particular spray. If they open up, the arrangement should look amazing and would definitely move my rating to 5 stars.

I appreciate you adding the yellow roses but it still looked so scrappy with too much green showing in the middle. It looks like a rush job and not professionally done. I understand it won't look exactly like the photo but I do wish it would be full like the one I ordered and not showing green right in the center.

Want roses to be closed so they would last longer

I was at the memorial service & I was surprised that you didn't wrap the ugly plastic pot in some decorative paper or plastic. It could have looked pretty!

Honestly that's one of the saddest looking Azaela plants I've seen in a while, certainly not like the photo on the website.

The flowers were beautiful but sadly they lasted less than a week. I didn't have any more preservatives so I poured out most of the water and added fresh daily. They kept their color for about 5 days and then their heads began to drop and darken around the edges. Very sad!

Beautiful, but this is not the pink in the photo that I ordered!

Hello, I want to thank you for resending the flowers to Henritta Lockhart's home after they were delivered to the hospital where she did not receive them. The flowers send on 3/3/26 had more flowers and greenery which made the arrangement look a lot fuller than the ones send on 3/4/26.

They were nice. The arrangement was far from the photo online. Was quite small for 150.00. I had hoped this would have been a centerpiece at his memorial.

The plant with the flowers on it doesn't look good. The flowers are droopy and dying.. I feel it should not have done that after a couple of days. A non floral plant might have been a better choice. The other plants are beautiful

The pink gerbera daisies are already dying. Usually they are long lasting. Only has been two days and has been watered every day. The roses were old and soft not fresh and hard. Snap dragons were way too tall for design and broke.

Arrived a day late. The roses were a little wilted.

It seems small for the high price

I appreciate McShan florist and the meticulous care they provide in every order. I have used them as my florist for over 30 years. That said, I was disappointed in the Valentine's Day flowers/roses I received this year. The height of the roses was only two coke cans tall. Historically, for $125 I've been able to get two dozen long stem roses for the same price or less. I probably will not use McShan florist for Valentine's Day again. Yes.
