It's pretty but wish that some of the flowers were more open.

Although this was lovely, smelled great, and the flowers were perfection, it was a very small bouquet for almost $200. Disappointing.

I have never had a problem with any of the arrangements I have ordered in the past, but I was disappointed with this arrangement. It was withered in different parts of the arrangement. I called to see if it could maybe be improved, but it had already gone out for delivery. I thought about not saying anything but i decided that you should be informed.

Beautiful, but strongly recommend to review why these roses don't open. I do not want replacement- just want y'all to continue to be successful - I'd want to know. I combined the best of all to enjoy.Have pics but can't figure how to attach.

Service was good! A little rushed and I had to ask for options for my budget. The customer service rep assumed I wanted case flowers. The dish garden looks ok. Maybe it's the picture. I do appreciate getting pictures of the item purchased. Thank you .

They're Beautiful 🤩 The delivery guy was rude…yelling at my husband who is suffering from a terminal illness and is on oxygen. I was sitting at my desk working from home when o heard him yelling “I'm trying to deliver flowers” so I came to the door and he had went back to his van to get the flowers and when he returned he handed it to me because my husband went back to the room and I was like “Oh thank you” and he (delivery guy) just had this angry look on his face and turned and walked away. The Flower arrangement is beautiful but the delivery was horrible!! My church family Greater Community Baptist Church has been using you guys for years and I have had delivery from you guys several times over the years and never had any problems but this time was unacceptable.

They are beautiful but they arrived full blown open so I don't think they are going to last very long.

The arrangement was beautiful but the four white roses with the dark pink edges did not look good. I don't know what happened.

The vase being white looks like a wedding or funeral instead of an anniversary arrangement I thought it was shown in red or other colored vase.

Fresh and Beautifully arranged

Hello my review is the plant is beautiful... I gifted to a beautiful lady recovering from surgery, she loved it. However, there was NO NAME (which I clearly gv) and no note I clearly had written. She NO idea of who sent and it took a few days after she recv'd to find out. I'm disappointed at the unprofessional handing of this. I order from you guys everytime I send out flowers. If you can kindly note this to those that handle this...there are those that rec'v special orders from your area of service that are needing something that could help them move forward in WHATEVER circumstance they are in at that time. Ty kindly.

Not too happy

The flower was absolutely beautiful! It was a very thoughtful gift. The only problem, there was no name on the message. I received the flowers with a beautiful lovely greeting, but the name was not placed on the card. I was unsure who sent the flowers. After a few days I finally figured out who sent it. I felt bad because it took me so long to thank them, but I didn't know who sent it. Again, the flowers were a perfect gift! But not putting the name on the greeting is a huge mistake. It takes away from the joy of receiving the flowers.

Was hoping for something more light and airy and happy. Disappointed for $80.

Pretty. However, I would have liked some white roses in the arrangement as well. I don't see the butterfly pick I ordered. Thank you!

I wish they had not used pink flowers considering it was for a male…

I'm disappointed in the quality of this arrangement, particularly for the price paid. I don't like arrangements that are focused on only one side. It was placed in an area where if could be seen from all sides, and the back looked oddly empty. I was at Central Market yesterday and saw brighter bouquets with more flowers for substantially less money. The good news is the recipient liked the flowers. I do like the vase that was chosen.

When this arrived it was simply the most beautiful arrangement I'd ever seen. The flowers even wrap to the back of arrangement, so it is pretty front and back. However by the second day I noticed all the roses were drying out, both the baby yellows and the peach single stems. The arrangement was to have been ordered on Thursday but I was out of town. The florist assured me I'd get a fresh arrangement but I'm not sure I did. A very dear friend send this arrangement. I'm sure it was very expensive.

I wish there were more blue flowers added to the bouquet 😢😢

These are the flowers I saw in the online photograph. But this arrangement did look a little worn and not fresh. Old looking. I expected a better product for $200.

The plant itself is very pretty but thin. Also, the flower pot isn't good quality.
