Flowers were beautiful but I'd never order from teleflora again. The flowers were supposed to be delivered in Friday, July 25th. They weren't even picked up by any florist at all on Friday. Also, false advertising! The price advertised doesn't include exeuberant fees. Over all experience, was terrible!

Beautiful, but the greenery is overpowering the pretty flowers. I suppose I was expecting more flowers than pictured, or maybe the picture doesn't capture them. I do love getting an actual photo of your arrangement though and you were very kind in the ordering process and my requests. Hopefully, Angie has called you for a delivery time before you made the arrangement, as I had requested. Thank you.

It would be nice if the Pink Roses were there. The pink Carnations were exposed more, to POP, and a Triangular shape like it shows on order page. Can it be corrected?

Those are really pretty, however, they don't look at all like the picture of the arrangement I asked for. I really wanted some colorful and happy for her. The employee that I spoke with was really kind. I just think they missed the mark here.

Left message yesterday for a call back. I was surprised and disappointed in the appearance of the plant. It doesn't resemble the picture on the website. If I wasn't expecting a certain arrangement, it might be fine. The florist representative said it was full. Having a photo of the arrangement is wonderful. I did receive a positive message from McShan Florist to address my concern.

The arrangement appears to be missing several key elements: The purple orchids are much fewer in number and don't provide the full, vibrant look shown online. The red anthuriums lack the same richness and green shading seen in the website photo. Overall, the arrangement looks noticeably less full and colorful, and the composition feels sparse and less balanced. I understand some variation can happen with floral arrangements, but this seems like a substantial downgrade in both presentation and value.

There is no scale, I can't tell the size. I also expected more vibrant color, this seems very dark for a birthday celebration! It seems very small for that much money. I will see it in person later- it's probably fine. I'm sorry to complain, it just isn't what I imagined. Thank you for sending the photo.

the flowers were beautiful, however they did not even last 5 days. Make your people aware that when my husband orders flowers to me that you send him the notifications instead of me and spoiling the surprise. Even after 47 years it is still nice to be surprised, but due to notifications being sent to me it was not. I did not tell him but you really need to watch that this doesn't happen to others.

Loved the bouquet, however did not come with the stuffed shark toy as advertised. That was the main reason I ordered it. Would like to still somehow receive the stuffed shark. Thank you.

I do appreciate the fact that you share photos of flowers ordered. I appreciate you reaching out to me to try to resolve my disappointment in my order. I am still not impressed with my order. The added bow looks like it was pulled out of a bag. I would not recommend your services to friends and family.

Delivered in time but I'm disappointed. The pink pastel roses don't go well with the dark lavender flowers (snaps?). And it's not 32” by 32” as I was told. More like 24-26”. Not as impressive as I expected for $200+.

I have ordered NUMEROUS arrangements from McShan - even had flowers delivered to me last week here for my birthday. I'm a little disappointed in this arrangement and do not feel this is a $300 arrangement ($350 if you factor in the delivery fee).

Not exactly what we expected. A little too much greenery and made it look so pointy and pokey. I called and asked to reduce the greenery right after on the phone. However when it was delivered, it was still the same. Disappointed to say the least.....
