Beautiful, but this is not the pink in the photo that I ordered!

Hello, I want to thank you for resending the flowers to Henritta Lockhart's home after they were delivered to the hospital where she did not receive them. The flowers send on 3/3/26 had more flowers and greenery which made the arrangement look a lot fuller than the ones send on 3/4/26.

They were nice. The arrangement was far from the photo online. Was quite small for 150.00. I had hoped this would have been a centerpiece at his memorial.

The plant with the flowers on it doesn't look good. The flowers are droopy and dying.. I feel it should not have done that after a couple of days. A non floral plant might have been a better choice. The other plants are beautiful

The pink gerbera daisies are already dying. Usually they are long lasting. Only has been two days and has been watered every day. The roses were old and soft not fresh and hard. Snap dragons were way too tall for design and broke.

Arrived a day late. The roses were a little wilted.

It seems small for the high price

I appreciate McShan florist and the meticulous care they provide in every order. I have used them as my florist for over 30 years. That said, I was disappointed in the Valentine's Day flowers/roses I received this year. The height of the roses was only two coke cans tall. Historically, for $125 I've been able to get two dozen long stem roses for the same price or less. I probably will not use McShan florist for Valentine's Day again. Yes.

They were pretty but to me not worth what we paid. Small Thanks for working with me

The succulent and chocolates were great and delivery instructions were followed. My order was missing the plushie which is the reason I gave only 3 stars.

I was told there was going to be an angel in the basket also. I don't see it. It is beautiful besides that. I'm so glad you sent a picture!

Beautiful arrangement but we have a cat and had to take a large part of the arrangement apart because it had two types of lilies:(. Is it possible when someone is ordering flowers that y'all could ask if the household has cats🙏🏽please please please-lilies are DEADLY TOXIC for cats Thank you for your persistence in our delivery this past Thursday coming out at 9:00pm to make sure we got our flowers

I thought the pot would be white. Can it be changed. I like the plant but not crazy about the pot.

Although very pretty , this is not what I asked for. It was suppose to be a mix of flowers with pink roses

The hydrangea looks a little wimpy and not very healthy. Two days later it is already wilting. Typically everything we receive from McShan has been outstanding.

Seemed rather small considering price

It is still very thin looking not full enough.Like the other flower arrangements i've seen. Is there any way you can make it Fuller? Looking if you need to add another hydrangea, are some other inexpensive flowers? Anything to make it Fuller looking please. I'll pay for it.You have my credit card. Thank You

While the flowers /colors are exactly what I wanted, the arrangement doesn't look like a $75 arrangement. In addition, the quality of the flowers is disappointing. The hydrangeas are drooping, and the lily's leaves are broken. There was also a stem that wasn't even stuck/secured in the vase, but rather the stem was sticking out of the arrangement.

I did not expect it to look this sparse. I guess I expected maybe six roses or a few more flowers. We will see what the recipient's thoughts are.
