Any way we could take out the larger greenery and replace with baby's breath or something more subtle. This is for a homecoming nosegay or clutch bouquet. You could probably remove one or two flowers to make it smaller and more condensed. I'll see if I can find a photo and send it.

It is less than 48 hours later, and the top most rose is wilted and looks like crap. I'm going to have to rearrange this bouquet myself to make it look like anything decent before the guy that sent it to me sees it.

I asked for an arrangement with “a lot of gladiolas, and no pink or minimal pink.” As you can see, there are 3 gladiolas and a bunch of pink. The McShan people were very polite, very kind, very efficient. It just isn't really what I ordered.

The flowers received on 10/8 were beautiful; however, I am disappointed that they are already wilting, and today is 10/10. The birds of paradise are struggling. We have ordered from McShans for many years. The flowers should last longer.

I just sent an email with pictures. The arrangement arrived beautiful on Wednesday, but already on Thursday had wilted quite a lot. I did add water when they arrived. Normally your arrangements last really well, sometimes weeks, so we're surprised these ones aren't holding up as well.

Flowers are beautiful. HOWEVER...it was almost a complete loss because delivery person did not ring my door bell to make certain there is contact with a person. He left flowers sitting on concrete in hot Texas sunshine over 30 minutes before I, by God's grace, accidentally found them. A few small flower stems had wilted down. I phoned florist personally to report complaint, and was graciously offered a replacement.
