I did not expect it to look this sparse. I guess I expected maybe six roses or a few more flowers. We will see what the recipient's thoughts are.

Specifically requested NO carnations. Highly disappointed this one simple request was not followed. I hate carnations, to pair such cheap looking flowers with the other high end stems the designer selected seems odd. The shape and style of the arrangement is otherwise lovely. But wish they would pay closer attention to order details

Can you please add more roses? I specifically asked for no gerber, or filler. Dense with roses and hydrangea, peonies, protea. High quality flowers

Thank you for the photo. The plant doesn't look as vibrant as what I saw in your selection on your website. McShan is the only florist I use in Dallas. Always a great experience. This one? Not so much. For a $160 arrangement, this is disappointing. 6 lousy roses, some white flowers poked in. Bad shape. Not the masterpieces I usually send from McShan. You can do better.

That's seems small amt of flowers for the 70 range. I saw online (on your site) similar size for 50. So at 70 was expecting more i guess...I'm not as pleased as my usual experience. Maybe the photo is just not doing it justice. Very happy with phone support and service otherwise.

Normally McShan is on point and I have been using them for years. I ordered a black and white bow to be added and it's not on it. What Happened To The Bow Being Added??
