I am very disappointed I had requested a spring looking bouquet with a lot of color pinks blues yellows and whites This looks like fall dark colors and I paid gor premium flowers these look cheap.

When I arrived the visitation, the tulip blooms were falling off. It was not what I was expecting to see.

Very, very disappointed. I wouldn't even rate it as a one star. First I ordered Stargazer Lilies, but got plain white lilies and only three of the lilies even opened.

i am not happy with my order for my wife on Valentine's Day.....several roses was fully open and some of them was beginning to wither or aged.....i worked growing roses for many years in Tyler Texas so i know these roses were not fresh.

I still haven't received my complete order. I have called and was told I would hear back from customer service. This was 3 days ago. I order a lot from McShan but I am very disappointed this time. My daughter was left with out a Valentines from her dad.

This bouqet is so small for 125 dollars. I could have bought a cheaper arrangement and it would have been nicer. I could have gone to the grocery store and bought the same bouqet for cheaper.

I'm pretty sure I paid for a dozen of roses and a dozen of Lily's. I even got a call from y'all that y'all would upgrade the flowers since I got overcharged when ordering online.

Not even close to the pictures online. Paid extra for the deluxe and premium arrangements and received very cheap looking arrangements with barely any flowers. They never answer the phone either.

Ordered a half dozen white roses for my daughter , but only received 5 and the arrangement looked as though it had fallen over or was smashed en route to delivery. Very disappointed.

This is not the order of flowers that I order. Look up my order it was McShan Half Dozen Red Roses and Lilies (Standard). You also failed to deliver the order today 2/12/2021. My order number 40956. I need a manager to call me ASAP.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a dozen red tulips. How do you plan to make that grievous error right!? My daughter is offended by the red roses! (It's a long story!)
