that doesn't look anything like what I ordered , that is skimpy compared to the picture of what I ordered. This arrangement should not cost $50.00 compared the fullness of my original order. I am very unsatisfied

Flowers were beautiful. I was beyond disappointed with the delivery. I'd ordered these flowers for a birthday gift. I received notification that they had been delivered. I called the recipient to see if she had received a delivery and she had not. Ha

The arrangement looks horrible. Like something I'd expect my 10 year old to do.. not a professional. Generally I'm very happy with McShans work but I'll be reconsidering using G the company moving forth as a result of this.

This is not what I explained that I wanted. It is to be on a shelf or desk in a teachers room. This is a yucca plant not something you would have on a desk. Disappointed especially for the price.

My wife brought home the flowers that were sent and within two days (Saturday) they started to droop. By Sunday all the roses had drooped and looked DEAD. Please make a note in my file that I am not happy with this order and will not order roses next time

Very disappointed. This was for my grandson who was ill and all the chocolate that was sent was melted. They had to throw away. Even the chocolate chips in the cookies were melted. I would assume McShan would have accommodated for the hot weather.
