Love getting a picture but don't like the fact that the picture of what actually goes out is so different from what I actually ordered. I probably wouldn't have ordered what I did based off of this picture.

Doesn't look anything at all like the representative picture on the website. Very disappointed. Wish I had chosen something more traditional where design was more basic. Hope the colors in person are not what the photo shows.

I would not even give this a star this was the second time they had presented an arrangements that looked nothing like the picture or even remotely close to it. I was disappointed because we are paying for the arrangements to look beautiful not sloppy.

I can't believe that I paid $75 + delivery fees for approximately 8 flowers. I am HIGHLY disappointed and have used you guys for years. I will go somewhere else next time.
