The birthday girl loved these flowers more than any of her gifts.

I would have liked a pink bow It is for a ten year old granddaughter Also a more colorful basket and more cellophane to the top Can I see where the chips and cookies r in the basket I don't see them

I'm very disappointed. That looks like the very same arrangement that was in your display case when I came in. It was priced at 165.00. I told the lady that waited on me that I liked the bird of paradise and the other flowers in it but I wanted to add 100.00 and get something bigger. I paid 280.00 with tax and delivery and got the 165.00 arrangement. Let's face it. You ripped me off. True story.

This does not look like the picture that is online. The arrangement that I ordered had 4 roses. I only see 2 on this one. Definitely not what I expected it to look like based on the picture.

This is the 2nd time that I have placed an order online and the product really did not match nor look as good as the picture on your website. I have always used McShan for flowers and you have been marvelous in the past. You are really letting me down these days.....................
