Loved getting the photo because I was coming in from out of state and could see the arrangement before arriving. The flowers were lovely, colors were right and arrangement was easy to move as I requested. I didn't think they were exactly right for a funeral chapel centerpiece, but due to the picture I was able to ask a local friend to add flowers to the sides for additional width. The final, subsidized arrangement was perfect.

Grove Hill funeral home gave the flowers to the wrong funeral so I didn't get to see them. The picture is beautiful and McShan's is wonderful. I will never order flowers from anyone but McShan's. Everything I have ever ordered has been first class and beautiful.

So sorry these arrangements did not meet your expectations, however the order did not specify for baby's breath. We did refund the money for the bows we missed. Also with the price increase for something larger and fuller we may suggest going to a bit higher price.
