Were they delivered to the house as I asked? Have they arrived yet? I suppose that the driver should have mentioned that it was a cremation service and not a burial. That might explain the mistake.

I am very disappointed that this the SECOND arrangement I have received from McShan's that within 2 days there are completely wilted and drooped over flowers!!! Not the quality that I used to receive. My husband even told the salesperson on the phone about his complaints about the previous order and he was assured this order would be fresh and flowers would not completely wilt in the first 2 days!!!!! Please be aware I have lived in this area for most of my life and McShan's Florist has always been my first choice of florist for any and all occasions however I may need to make a different choice especially based on the increased cost of arrangements and the poor quality of these flowers.
