The arrangement we ordered was exactly what I viewed online. I called in the order, and the care that was taken with the sympathy card to the arrangement was amazing. On a personal note, my whole family orders from McShan, and I recently received a birthday arrangement that took my breath away. There were beautiful deep pink roses, and other gorgeous flowers; there was not one bad petal in the whole arrangement.

Beautiful and vibrant flowers as always. Throughout the years, singularly the best florist in Dallas and in Texas!

Yes, I very much like getting a photo. This is a lovely arrangement and my daughter-in-law loved them.

Briana (sp) customer rep was very helpful and anxious to meet my requests. The plant is lovely but the ceramic container is very lacking. From the picture it appeared to be plastic- something I would find at Home Depot. I was assured it was not plastic. I then asked for a bow, which did help. My granddaughter loved the plant and received many compliments. Thank you! J

After googling and considering several providers, I decided on going with a beautiful tropical choice to send to my wife to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I was more than pleased with the quality of the arrangement (absolutely gorgeous), the prompt delivery (with a phone call to myself to decide on options when no one initially responded at home to delivery), and the provision of an actual photo of the delivered arrangement. Couldn't be happier with choosing McShan!!

Loved the bouquet, however did not come with the stuffed shark toy as advertised. That was the main reason I ordered it. Would like to still somehow receive the stuffed shark. Thank you.
