Looks great except for the brown dead looking leaves...Are those dead leaves? The brown leaves in the center. If so that's not good!?!? I like receiving a picture of my order, but not happy if that is what was delivered with dead leaves.

I am sorry but there is nothing to focus on. At least from this angle it is not nearly as attractive as the web page showed. I usually like McShan's arrangements. This is unfortunate.

The picture of the arrangement I picked out had roses in it. I do not see any roses in this arrangement. Maybe it is the angle but small flowers next to the card seem just stuck in there.

The picture on the website looks better than this one. It had over 8 red/white carnations and 7-8 red ones. It shows more flowers and we asked for the PREMIUM...I am a little disappointed in this one. It does not look as pretty as the one on the website.

This spray does not look like the picture on your website. Not only are most of the flowers different but it's missing the key piece. One flower through the middle which looked like an arrow through the heart. Not happy

I asked for a Fall arrangement, and this looked more like a spring arrangement. In addition, the clear vase with unattractive stems accounted for half the arrangement. I was disappointed and asked that a new arrangement be prepared.
