I'm SO impressed with McShan! Thank you for handling my order in such a timely manner and doing a great job. I love that you emailed me a picture and let me know the flowers had been delivered. My daughter-in-law texted me and thanked me for the beautiful flowers and snack box. She sent a picture as well. I will be adding you to my Contact list in my phone. I live out of town, so I'm so happy to have found a florist in Dallas!

The picture for the $160.00 arrangement is a bit more full and has prettier greenery. I paid the extra amount for it to be really full. It looks like a couple of snapdragons are missing on the right behind the sign, and there should be a rose under Jesus left hand. The greenery behind Jesus should be much more full. We, the customer, pay the extra amount for it to be more full. Other than that, it's beautiful.

This was not at all like what I ordered and although it is pretty, it is not what I would choose for this occasion. I think you should have asked prior to making a change this drastic. My prior experiences with McShan have been positive so I am disappointed with this.
