I called your florist and spoke with a wonderful lady named Charlotte who helped me with three different flower orders where I wanted to change flowers and make specific things she was more than helpful. We were on the phone almost an hour, and she remained patient and kind with me through the process. The pictures of the flowers you sent were beautiful. My daughter-in-law is very pleased with how they turned out thank you very much.

First of all I would like to say thank you for the lady who took my order. She was great! She took all my information and was very efficient to make sure she had all the information correct. Second, she was very caring as I told her it was for a dear friend's memorial. I was designated by a group of friends to do the order. I was wanting to make sure everything was done correctly and it was. Third, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the service. Her favorite color was pink, so it certainly was the right arrangement! Lastly, it arrived at the church at the right time. I highly would recommend McShan's to friends and family and I would definitely use your florist again. Thank you so very much!
