The Shepherd family has ordered from your business for over 20 years. I am not sure if this picture just doesn't do the arrangement justice, but it looks disappointing. The bottom two flowers looked squished and wilted.

The arrangement is absolutely beautiful. However, this was for a funeral. It was supposed to be there at 9 am the day of the funeral. The funeral started at 10. It arrived sometime after that. I have no idea what time it got there. I found it sitting on a table outside after the funeral was over. Nothing can ever really remedy this. There's no way I can give you a good rating. The other part of it is that no one ever told me why the delivery person was so late. I think I have a right to know.
