I like doing business with McShan Florist! Yes, I like getting a photo of the flowers. But I do not like the widespread practice of badgering customers for feedback. It takes time. Sometimes I'm asked to justify why I didn't give the highest rating possible which takes more time.

Kimberly was not customer service friendly. When I seen a different plant that I wanted to purchase she had an attitude. She doesn't need to assist anyone because she's not friendly at all. She should have confirmed that the right plant was on the way to being delivered. She wasn't helpful at all. The flower arrangement looks like it was just rushed out the door.

We were extremely pleased with the flower arrangement designed by McShan. I called the order in to the store. Their staff was friendly and helpful. The basket arranged was beautiful, full, colorful (as desired) and timely delivered to the funeral home.
